Delivery Information
We aim to despatch items as soon as possible on receipt of your order. Please note our opening times are Monday to Friday, 9.30a.m. to 5.30p.m. There are several postage options available, both for UK and international destinations, which are detailed below.

Postage and Packing Charges
Postage and packing is charged on all orders.

UK Orders
Orders to destinations within the UK can be sent by 1st class or 2nd class postage.

Other UK Delivery Options
We can also send goods by courier service if required, but due to variable courier charges we are unable to give a total price online, and cannot process such orders through the website. If you require a courier service, please contact Customer Services on 020 7255 4311 for a quote, and to place your order by telephone. Please note that courier charges can be very expensive, especially for larger, heavier orders

International Orders
All international orders are sent via airmail.

Please note in exceptional cases large orders for overseas destinations may not always be covered by the postage and packing charges shown online. In such an event we shall contact you by email to advise you of any additional shipping costs so that you can decide whether or not to continue with the order. Your debit or credit card will not be charged until we receive confirmation from you that you wish to proceed.
