An asterisk denotes that Samuel French Ltd is the sole publisher of a title.

The publication of a play does not imply that it is necessarily available for performance by amateurs or professionals, either in the British Isles or overseas. Amateurs and professionals considering a production are strongly advised in their own interests to apply in writing to Samuel French Ltd or their authorized agents for details of a play's status before starting rehearsals or booking a theatre or hall.

When applying, please remember to provide as much information about your proposed production as possible (i.e. name and location of venue, proposed dates, number of performances). If the venue is outside the British Isles, please state the country and nearest major city. We do require a full postal address in order to issue appropriate quotations of royalty fees.
